The K&N PERFORMANCE Oil Filter is unaffected by racing fuels and features a heavy-duty shell with a hydrostatic burst strength rated at 450 PSI. Unlikeother oil filters, it has a strong 1" integral wrench nut with safety wiring fixture. This wrench nut makes the filter easy to remove and prevents the filter from "backing out" due to engine vibration. To eliminate bearing-grinding "dry starts" the filter has an anti-drainback valve that prevents the oil from flowing back into the crankcase.
