Advances in tire technology take their toll on 914 rear suspension arms. Rear arms flex under hard cornering--we first learned this from our IMSA GTU experience. It affects autocross and time-trial 914s The cure is to box the arms with steel sheathing. To save you time and effort, Weltmeister kits are pre-formed to slip right on, ready to weld. Made from .100" steel pieces precision cut, drilled, and shaped. Kit contains pieces for both sides.
